Aircrew Instructional Systems Design Lead Training Systems Requirements Analysis (TSRA) expertAccomplished and meticulous instructional systems designer - gathers requirements, conducts task analysis, and determines enabling content to structure complete aircrew training courses. Authors Lesson Design Documents for every prescribed instructional event; provides end-to-end oversight of courseware development ensuring products meet exacting standards. Proactively resolve scheduling, maintenance, logistics, and information systems issues* Design proprietary location-specific training programs using instructional systems design. Ensure aircrew received initial and recurring training required to conduct combat support flight operations* Plan, brief, and execute demanding high-priority flight operations requiring detailed integration with multiple air assets, ground personnel, and external agencies

Providing operational oversight of flying and training operations I worked in conjunctions with senior officers and served as a liaison with government clients, contract service providers, stakeholders, and end users. In this role, I contributed to the success of cross-functional teams by leading crisis management as well as coordinating threat assessments and investigations. Additionally, I served as a subject matter expert regarding instructional design programs.Highlights of my experience in this role include...* Advised and assisted in operating the USAF's largest Formal Training Unit, producing over 450 graduates annually. Coordinated activities between operations and maintenance enabling required sortie production.* Launched a nine-person Training Systems Support Center (TSSC), developed all MQ-1 & MQ-9 program formal training courses (syllabi, courseware, training manuals) used in four locations to produce 800 grads/yr* Served as chief architect of the MQ-1 and MQ-9 initial qualification, instructor, and launch & recovery training programs. Normalized the programs by overhauling the training task lists (TTLs), personally authoring six new syllabi while completely rebuilding the academic courseware library and creating robust training manuals.* Saved $93 million by evaluating each proposal for a five-year contract ($107 million Contract Aircrew Training/Courseware Development (CAT/CWD) Source Selection Technical Team member).- Orchestrated contract phase-in with zero disruption to training production; enforced PWS requirements, increased performance surveillance 300%, validated 120 hrs of courseware
