Coordinated activities between operations and maintenance enabling required sortie production.* Launched a nine-person Training Systems Support Center (TSSC), developed all MQ-1 & MQ-9 program formal training courses (syllabi, courseware, training manuals) used in four locations to produce 800 grads/yr* Served as chief architect of the MQ-1 and MQ-9 initial qualification, instructor, and launch & recovery training programs. Normalized the programs by overhauling the training task lists (TTLs), personally authoring six new syllabi while completely rebuilding the academic courseware library and creating robust training manuals.* Saved $93 million by evaluating each proposal for a five-year contract ($107 million Contract Aircrew Training/Courseware Development (CAT/CWD) Source Selection Technical Team member).- Orchestrated contract phase-in with zero disruption to training production; enforced PWS requirements, increased performance surveillance 300%, validated 120 hrs of courseware
