Led multiple projects to address training solutions for emerging technologies, threats and opportunities. • Rapidly developed and applied policies and procedures for responding to the COVID-19 pandemic. These procedures were successful in ensuring the safe and efficient training of thousands of Marines across the country.• Directed the planning and implementation of a Marine Corps wide fitness training program, involving curriculum development, creation of new job descriptions and responsibilities, and the design of web-based applications. This project impacted over 180,000 Marines.• Led an effort to modernize training in response to the overseas threat of improvised explosive devices. Responsible for briefing multiple General Officers, sourcing contractual solutions, resource procurement, and web-development.

Each project was successfully completed within the prescribed timeline, scope and budget.• Planned, developed and supervised the execution of a comprehensive compliance training plan for over 1,200 Marines, resulting in a 96% annual completion rate. • Led an initiative for transferring all training and development data from an antiquated tracking system to a web-based platform capable of organizing and storing data for over 1,200 Marines.

Acted as the lead Project Manager and Training Supervisor for an engineering unit consisting of 140 Marines. • Directly planned and managed 15 overseas construction projects in highly stressful and dangerous environments, totaling over 1,600 hours of project management experience.• Led a team of five managers and 45 Marines in the planning and execution of more than 12 construction projects and military training exercises, while successfully remaining within budgetary constraints and schedule deadlines. • Planned, executed, and tracked training required for 140 Marines of various skillsets and competency levels.
