Educated at the Southampton Institute (now Southampton Solent University) in the early 1990s in Graphic Design, Marketing and Media Communications, I started out in the construction recruitment sector and progressed to new business development, customer account and sales management roles for web design agencies, IT and Internet Service Providers around the Southampton area.After gaining a qualification from the Chartered Institute of Management, I went on to set up businesses in the arts, telecoms and property sectors and bring many years of experience looking after customers. My style is friendly and honest and I'm always keen to learn and to keep challenging myself.In February 2022 (aged 48), I was diagnosed with autism after waiting for 2 years on the assessment waiting list. I hope to do more to raise awareness of the condition and to encourage more adults to go and get assessed. I love what I do, helping businesses with their utility services, it's so rewarding and I enjoy the work/life balance it gives me. To cap it off, I'm also a Regional Sales Manager for Card Industry Professionals, helping to support a team of self-employed sellers in the South to become successful themselves. Its professional, yet fun. The decor is vintage but the pictures modern and what a great team of stylists, photographers and promotional people we have found to really make the business stand out from the crowd. My role is to allow Ashleigh to excel at what she does best, taking great photos and making sure the post-production and client experience is A1, with me looking after the back end systems, making things work from IT, maintenance, accounts, marketing events, networking, business admin, licencing and anything else that gets flung at me.So far we have received 100% positive feedback from all our customers on whether they would either recommend us or come back to us again which is exactly what we wanted.
