I joined Elim Housing Association in 2009 as a Board member with a particular interest in the organisation's development work. Subsequently, I became Chair of the Finance and Development Committee and thereafter Vice Chair of the Board. Most recently (Sept 2016) I became Chair of the Board and am looking forward to working with everyone at Elim to continue to expand its great work over the coming period. This includes the work of Elim's commercial subsidiary, Lime Property Ventures.

At Aster, I was Managing Director of Aster Homes which was set up to deliver all the Group's new housing development. This included a programme of approx 400/500 affordable homes a year and also carry out private sale development to create profits to cross subsidise the affordable delivery. This work was spread across South Central and South West England and included working with the HCA, various Local authorities, national and regional developers and contractors along with a wide range of architects, employer's agents and other consultant partners.I was invloved with the set-up of the Aster Homes Board and worked closely with the Board members to set the strategy for Aster Homes. I also led the Group's Private Finance Initiative (PFI) project in Wiltshire which achieved financial close in December 2011 and delivered the first of 350 new homes in August 2012.Finally, I was also responsible for the Group's work on environmental sustainability which included being ISO 14001 accredited as well as being rewarded with several significant national awards. As Head of Development I was responsible for the organisation's development programme of new homes across the Hampshire, Wiltshire and Dorset.

At Lovell, I was responsible for the Southern region's development work which spanned the area from Wiltshire to Kent and from Oxfordshire to the South coast.This involved a wide range of mixed tenure and mixed use projects ranging from small high quality rural developments to complex PRC and city centre regeneration projects.
