General Assembly Exterior Anti-corrosion ApplicationThis contract entailed the application of exterior anti-corrosion materials to all vehicles as they pass through a Voith owned booth which i also managed. Here, anti-corrosion coatings were applied to Overbody, Underbody and Jacking point areas of each vehicle.The Booth its self was Manned, Maintained, Cleaned and controlled under my management. Dynamic & Visual Vehicle Testing OperationsThis contract entailed a very strict and professional process of vehicle quality control. Each vehicle my team process had to go through 47 seperate visual and dynamic tests before we could pass the vehicle off as ready to ship. This department in particular was a very important process for our customer as it focuses on Customer satisfaction, Global Customer Auditing processes and Warranty management. In this position, I controlled a shift of 19 ops who were employed as Facilities and Manufacturing support operatives (Cleaning division). Elements of my role was to man manage all aspects of my shift. Some elements of the shift were daily/weekly/monthly buy off control of services provided to our Customer (Vauxhall Motors Manufacturing), Quality Auditing our services, Wages, Recruitment/Selection, Terminations, Customer service and Emergency response.
