It now takes an engineer 2 days instead of 2 weeks to add a new email, it's also much faster to add a new notification across multiple channels, and we are currently building targeting, delivery time optimization, and relevancy. Steve is great at organizational design! He is always making sure that the right people are in the right positions with the right level of autonomy and support, and is also always building redundancy. Steve also initiated the opening of a new R&D office on a different continent, and led the location selection process.
