To assist with getting them online MoD accounts, guide them to mandatory training, and catalogue the certificates. make sure they stay in date for all required courses. Finally to sign off leaving routines for personnel exiting the squadron.To provide continuous support to squadron through ground servicing equipment, monitoring servicing dates of equipment.To create work tickets for outsourced maintenance to be conducted by work services and contractors. To create Statements of Needs for squadron issues at the correct response severity. To liaise with Station Health and Safety Officer in delivering risk to life issues and raise them through chain of command to the relevant risk holder.
