As a Workplace Design Consultant, I advise companies and private clients on how to use design to deliver inclusive and engaging workplace environments. Depending on what is required, I work in either a non-exec capacity or as a hands-on workplace design Director. I am adept at developing and implementing best-in-class workplace experience solutions, overseeing the design, bringing the best out of designers and the execution of multiple projects simultaneously.My expertise spans workplace design, employee engagement, and change management, ensuring that each project meets the evolving needs of today's hybrid working world. I excel in generating holistic workplace communities that foster productivity and collaboration.I am skilled in setting a project's overarching vision, identifying and discussing potential risks, and engaging stakeholders around positive workplace policies. Making sure that every workplace my specialist design skills are involved in, supports the wellbeing and success of its users.If that’s not enough, I also volunteer for the charity Whizz-Kidz and Forestry England and a mentor at Shift MS. I am also partial to a bit of riding/racing on one of my bikes or running in the woods. And in my 'spare' time I can be found juggling my time between my wife, two children, dog and cat (not literally) (honest).
