I am ITIL 4 Foundation certified and proficient in PowerShell, Linux, CUCM, Cisco Finesse, Cisco Unity, and various backup and encryption solutions. I am a committed, team player with a good attitude who works well under pressure both independently and as part of a team. My goal is to leverage my skills and expertise to deliver reliable, efficient, and innovative IT solutions that meet the needs and expectations of DermTech and its customers.

- Upgraded VMWare 4.1 environment to 5.5. License was downgraded to accommodate Proliant servers that were not supported on vSphere 6
