Drives site selection, acquisitions, permitting and business partnerships for LANDIFY, the U.S. subsidiary of Groupe-ECT. ECT is a world leader in reusing construction site soil for land-use developments (parks, wildlife habitat restoration, brownfields redevelopment and mining reclamation). Identified over 300 potential locations for acquisition, remediation and green development in the west and southwest U.S. Ensured sustainable and environmentally responsible practices were incorporated in all projects. Developed and maintained relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry groups, NGO’s and community organizations.

Led a team of 75 project managers, analysts and project controls professionals in the management of a portfolio of 363 capital projects with combined lifetime budgets of nearly $2.6 billion. The highly diverse portfolio includes projects in electric transmission infrastructure, reservoir construction, regional irrigation, dam repair, facilities, parks improvements and digital services.

Led a department of 27 land use and real estate professionals in the management of more than 52,000 acres of land supporting 5 power plants, 390 substations, 5100 miles of transmission lines, 1100 miles of irrigation canals, six dams with 25,000 acres of reservoir for flood management, drinking water and hydroelectricity generation, and 40 parks covering 13,500 acres along a 600-mile stretch of the Texas Colorado River from the Hill Country west of Austin to the Gulf Coast.
