Accomplishments include:• Direct responsibility for 14 employees, plus 40 engineering graduates in a Leadership Development program. • Created in-house Leadership Training program that became mandatory for all leaders, replacing an external program and saving $350,000 per year.• Created method of identifying high potential employees and succession planning via a Talent Management software solution through a diverse global team.• Introduced method of delivering and tracking training activities through implementing SAP Training and Event software module in North American region.• Designed and implemented region program for developing manufacturing leaders.• Created 3 day hands-on orientation program which included simulation and real-world application related to the job.
