Manage and own end to end the SAAS offerings comprising the QuickBooks Connected Services portfolio. This includes QB Connect (both web and mobile platforms), Time and Billing, QuickBooks Attached Documents, QuickBooks Data Protect, Commissions Manager, and Launch Pad. Work with both our external and internal partners for feature and defect requests. Ensure that time lines and deliverables are in sync across the board. Identify risks and provide mitigation plans. Drive processes internally so that product development teams, marketing/sales, training, legal, and customer care work together in a seamless manner. Provide transparency to upper leadership teams on key risks/issues and mitigation plans.

End to end responsibilities for QuickBooks Mobile Suite application.

End to end responsibility for strategic mobile program initiative. Job responsibilities include: managing the program plan, managing key internal/external dependencies to the program which includes multiple business units and project teams as well an external strategic partner. Internal groups include Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, QA, Usability and Design Experience, Security, Legal, IT Operations, and Customer Support.

• Technical lead for creating tool used by PeopleSoft application developers to design and display BAM model content within a PIA web page. First generation tool used XML to define both web layout and BAM meta-data contents. Second generation tool used a graphical GUI builder in BAM IDE. Project included extending BAM's Part architecture C++ framework, creating an interactive run-time DHTML framework, and interfacing with PIA Application Servers via an IIS Web Server. Wrote documentation, created and presented training classes.
