Lighthouse removes barriers to care created by Social Determinants of Health (SDOH), in particular by addressing homelessness through Recovery Housing. Lighthouse is backed by the private equity firm Amulet Capital Partners.

As a newly formed senior leadership team, we successfully developed strategy, execution plans, and a care-driven culture. We rapidly expanded the Innovacare platform throughout the region. Healthy Partners is a multi-site provider of health care services to Medicare Advantage (MA) members. We developed a high-functioning, market-leading force in the Value-Based Care (VBC) sector. We defined the strategy, the execution plan, and performance measures to propel us to achieve our goals. We completed a successful sale of Healthy Partners to Cano Health in June 2020.

National Dentex (NDX) is a multi-site network of dental labs in 44 facilities across the U.S. We standardized our manufacturing methods. We completed strategic acquisitions and opened de novo facilities in target markets. We launched new product and service offerings tailored to Dental Service Organizations (DSO) and acquired proprietary implant case planning software opening the implant marketplace to NDX.

DermPath Diagnostics is a multi-site provider of pathology services to the dermatology market. We developed the strategy, execution plan, and performance measures to create the market leader. Completed success acquisitions and opened de novo facilities to expand market presence. The company's success, and innovation led to a tremendously successful sale to Quest Diagnostics in 2008. AmeriPath was backed by Summit Partners and Welsh Carson.
