I am the Chief Growth Officer for Rehmann, a top-ranked, fully integrated financial services and business advisory firm that provides tax, accounting and assurance, business solutions and outsourcing, specialized consulting, and wealth management services. As Chief Growth Officer, I oversee all growth-related efforts for the firm. This includes our merger and acquisition strategy, forecasting growth as part of the budgeting process, and sales plans and goals. I also work to ensure our marketing efforts, communications, and client experience are aligned to continue growing our brand in current and new markets. I joined Rehmann in 2022 as part of a business combination with Vestal & Wiler where I was a Shareholder and member of the Executive Committee for over 16 years. I was also the managing partner of Vestal & Wiler Technology Services beginning in 2009 until selling the firm in 2016. Volunteering is something I greatly enjoy, and I am extensively involved in both professional and community organizations. I serve as the board chair for the Association for Corporate Growth (Headquarters) and as board chair for Florida Citrus Sports. I’m also a board member of Dr. Phillips, Inc. and the Dr. P. Phillips Foundation, Central Florida’s largest grant making organization. Additionally, I’m a founding director of One Florida Bank, the largest community bank in Central Florida.I’m also a frequent speaker for Upstream Academy, a premier leadership organization for CPA firms, and have been named a past “40 under 40” finalist by the Orlando Business Journal.
