The journey began in 1996 when I began as an entry-level technician with Computer Systems Support (CSS).As an eager tech enthusiast going through college, I loved problem-solving and supporting customers. I was constantly learning and gaining experience in more complex and advanced systems.While adding new skill sets to the technical belt, I also learned and gained knowledge of the inner workings of the business. In January 2010, I became responsible for running the business operations at CSS while maintaining my customer responsibilities.Through hard work and commitment, I became the Chief Technologist and Vice President at CSS in 2014.In 2017 I played a key role in negotiating the sale of CSS to Agilant Solutions, Inc. As part of the transition, I managed the successful transfer of our team and customers over to Agilant. Since the transition, I continued to grow in my career at Agilant, running the Southeast Sales Team while growing our customer base and offerings.In recognition of my contributions to the organization, I was promoted to Vice President of Warehouse and Sales Operations in January 2023. I am excited to continue making a difference in the technology industry and helping organizations achieve their goals through innovative solutions and exceptional customer service.
