Report directly to the CFO (London) and oversee the Accounting and Reporting teams based in Manila. Review monthly accounting close which includes review of journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements with variance analysis, department variance analysis, etc. Review the reporting monthly consolidation of 28 micro finance institutions to various consolidations for various stakeholders with reporting and covenant compliance to each of our lenders. The reporting team is also tasked with quarterly board preparation which includes commentary, tables and charts. Annually, I oversee the audit engagement with KPMG.Recently we have created a new process for our accounts receivable, billing and collections to be much more efficient, transparent and timely. We are also in the process of replacing our database to more efficiently extract, consolidate and use our data. We also have plans to use powerbi for better visualization of reporting.

Consolidate international network of 29 micro finance institutions along with global center holding company. Each month I create trend and variance reports, one page flash report with commentary, and other various management reports for senior executive team, board of directors and other key stakeholders. Annually I manage the external audit with a big four accounting firm and contribute all financial figures to the annual report. Currently implementing a new online reporting tool which will increase efficiency and cut down the reporting timeline by approximately 10 business days.

Facilitate accounting and financial reporting for World Vision's microfinance subsidiary VisionFund International:- Prepare financial statements, monthly financial analysis, commentary, tracking schedules, journal entries- Primary responsibility focuses on loan portfolio, foreign exchange analysis and grants/donations- Manage AP and non-cash inter-company expense system- Improve and create new accounting analyses, processes, and reports, resulting in reduced labor hours per operation, shorter month-end closes, increased accuracy of information, and additional capacity
