I'm a performance driven engineer and continuous improvement leader with over 20 years of beverage and food contact packaging experience. I'm skilled in the development and implementation of simplified, standardized and sustainable quality management systems and food safety programs (AIB, GMA-SAFE, SQF) as well as leading continuous improvement initiatives. I also have experience working in research and development, product development and project management. These skills and experiences allow me to successfully execute projects bringing concepts to commercialization. I have a strong ability to lead, communicate, motivate, and coordinate cross functional teams to achieve project objectives in an effective and efficient manner. I have worked closely with SQFI's Technical Working Group to help update the release of SQF Editions 8.1 and 9.0 with specific focus on Food Sector Category 27, which includes the widely shared Module 2 for SQF System Elements, and Module 13 for GMP for Food Packaging.
