I help clients obtain strong patents and trademarks, perform patent validity and infringement studies, provide litigation consultation, and negotiate licensing deals.My mission is to protect and leverage the intellectual assets of my clients, and to enable them to achieve their business goals and objectives. I have a deep understanding of the U.S. patent laws and practice, as well as the international patent landscape. I also have a strong technical background and a passion for innovation. I am fluent in Korean and have taught courses on the U.S. patent laws and practice at Yonsei University.
