About Steve Cho

As the founder and managing partner of AMPACC Law Group, I have over 20 years of experience in providing comprehensive intellectual property services to clients in various sectors, such as semiconductor, telecommunication, networking, data storage system, Internet-related technologies, and medical devices. I help clients obtain strong patents and trademarks, perform patent validity and infringement studies, provide litigation consultation, and negotiate licensing deals.My mission is to protect and leverage the intellectual assets of my clients, and to enable them to achieve their business goals and objectives. I have a deep understanding of the U.S. patent laws and practice, as well as the international patent landscape. I also have a strong technical background and a passion for innovation. I am fluent in Korean and have taught courses on the U.S. patent laws and practice at Yonsei University.
