• Supervised crews completing property preservation work, minor repairs and inspections on vacant / foreclosed properties pre and post-sale for national mortgage field service companies, banks, mortgage companies as well as REO brokers.• Daily organization & scheduling of staff within the assigned area according to the work load generated by the properties. • Contact Resident Management staff on a daily basis to check in on work orders, scheduled unit turns and any other maintenance related issues.• Coordinates, organizes, and directs the activities of project participants.• Provides training and technical assistance in specific project area.• Generate bi-weekly written reports to the main office to include weekly personnel schedules, the status of any ongoing unit turns, work orders.• Meet with the Operations Manager and other Crew Leaders, schedule to be determined by the Operations Manager.
