Managed all aspects of this $14M distribution business, including accounting, finance, credit, IT, and administrative functions. Prepared financial statements and management information reports, including sales and cash projections and pro-forma schedules. Interfaced with bank loan officers and other lenders, managed line of credit and cash flow. Responsible for all corporate insurance programs including general liability, auto, and worker's compensation. Supervised employee benefit programs including medical and dental insurance, 401(k), Profit Sharing Plan, and Section 125 Plan. Directed acquisition negotiations with a national competitor.
