Rappahannock Goodwill Industries (RGI) provides direct employment to more than 600 people – which includes our full time staff and workers in assembly, laundry, retail, custodial and government contracts and other services - many of whom have disabilities or other barriers to employment. Annually serve as Director/senior leadership team member for William Randolph Hearst Foundation’s two-week U.S. Senate Youth Program. Lead 17 military officers in management of daily operations and mentoring for 104 of our nation’s top high school students. Also coordinate, execute and serve as Master of Ceremonies at 15-18 events annually with staffs at the White House, Supreme Court, Senate, and Departments of Defense, State and Justice.
