Operating in the UK and Global environments, leading specialist engineering teams in a project environment. Providing Data, Info & Communications to support Strategic & Operational Decision Making, a developed skill employed throughout his career.Upon leaving the RAF Steve re-connected with an earlier passion for property, working across many aspects of the property industry, spanning property and facilities management all the way through to investment planning, renovation conversion projects and new build construction. Responsible for incorporating, managing and leading several businesses during this time. One of which was his own Consultancy specialising in residential property investment and business planning.Despite his successes and missing public service Steve sought a career change. Developing his theoretical knowledge to underpin his practical experience, he undertook a Chartered Management Institute Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership, strengthening his management consultancy offering.Since 2009, Steve has been employed across a diverse spectrum of consultative, interim and contract based roles at a strategic level of influence, representative of the Public (Policing, Education & Local Government), Private Commercial (Service to Manufacturing) and Non-profit sectors (Community Based to International Charity).
