Completed Dec 2019.CoverHero are an insuretech start up that asked me to help with and finalise the company structure, which included a go to market strategy and sales plan. Coverhero have designed an application that uses both AI and ML technologies to offer insurance products to the gig economy. Infrastructure business: Brought in to help devise the transition for clients as there was an impending buyout. Met with and discussed the transition plans with Qantas, QBE, ME Bank and HSBC Key achievements included: • Identifying a storage opportunity with HSBC • Working with HSBC on a Public Cloud Solution Restructuring the relationship with the AWS team Duncan Solutions: Duncan are Australia’s premier parking meter company, tasked with building the company a smart cities strategy. This involved me meeting with all the main Australian council CIO’s in order to expose the councils to Duncan’s cloud management platform for collection of real time parking data.
