Develop and maintain custom software solutions for various clients, utilizing Microsoft tools and technologies. These solutions include both Windows and web applications. Provide custom applications and modifications for Sage Intacct cloud-based software. Develop integrations between Sage X3 and various APIs.

Contracted with Genzeon Corporation to service their client PayDC Chiropractic Software. Duties include bringing their electronic medical insurance claims up to the latest standards, preparing their software for ICD10 codes and adding functionality that has allowed them to become certified for Meaningful Use Stage 2. Also provide assistance in solving end-user problems.Contracted with Bluelight Software, LLC to make custom modifications to various modules in their e-finity line of mobile data collection products.Contracted with All Balls Racing, Inc. to make custom modifications to software that I previously wrote as their employee.

Responsible for maintaining and constantly improving PayDC Chiropractic Software. Primary duties involve design, implementation and maintenance of the medical billing module, to include interfacing with the electronic claims clearinghouse. After servicing Advanced Provider Solutions for 2 1/2 years as a sub-contractor, I was hired as a full-time employee.

Created custom .NET/SQL applications to enhance the day-to-day operations of All Balls Racing.Created a scheduling application which is used to govern when customer's orders are picked, packaged and shipped. This application provided various departments, from Sales to Shipping, with the current and projected status of any order at any time. This application is a blend of .NET 4.0 code and SQL Server 2005 stored procedures. Designed and created an SQL Server 2005 database to store all data used by custom .NET applications. Currently, it only contains scheduling data, but was designed so that future expansion for other applications will be as easy as possible.Altered an existing Access database application to provide users with important data that had previously been unavailable. Also modified it to provide source data for the scheduling application. The scheduling data is transferred from this Access file into an MS SQL database.

Led Design and development of e finity, a .NET based mobile data collection system which utilizes a combination of various editions of SQL Server and both the Windows and Windows Mobile platforms. Created a method of configuring IIS 7.5 to offer Web Synchronization for SQL Server Merge Replication Publications, after being told by Microsoft that it couldn’t be done.Developed and deployed programmatic and data sharing integrations between Bluelight Software applications and third party applications like QuickBooks, SAP PM, Maximo and MS Office Applications.Listened closely to customers and turned their problems and wishes into useful application modifications.Directed software engineers and third party contractors on programming methodology, priorities, and deadlines, allocating resources as needed.Maintained the Windows Service Manager, a legacy application written in VB 6.Directed technical support specialists on resolving our customer's problems.Resolved highest level technical support issues.
