Managed an inhouse outbound sales team who delivered £1,4m in 2006, £1.6m in 2007 and forecast £1.8m in 2008. Also manage an inbound customer service/reservations team taking 20,000 calls per month. This is in the golf industry. I still manage this team, but in 2008 also moved into marketing.

Managed a 100 seat contact centre based in Reading. Contact III was an outsourced provider offering bespoke client services. This ranged from large inbound campaigns, to outbound sales and customer services.
