I am responsible for developing a brand new book of business from cold-calling American-based, US companies for all types of Logistics solutions. I forecast, plan and meet all potential clients needs with detailed account strategy planning and negiotiation techniques based upon a win-win model.

Working with K-12 students in all realms of education when called upon. Also work with Preschool and Special Education classes as needed.

Managed accounts within the National Segment ($37M annual spend). Worked with National Account Managers one-on-one to develop pricing strategies, concession plans, when and how to engage our subsidiaries with customers.

Developing and implementing complex international supply chain solutions for mid to large size customers desiring to eliminate costs and maximize production and speed to market. Specializing in mapping the supply chain process from origins to destinations, brokerage/customs clearance, ISF filings, export/import paperwork completion. I am responsible for the accounts in the state of Indiana including overnight traveling and project management planning and execution.

Proactively sold Exports/Imports, including UPS Supply Chain Solutions Air/Ocean Freight. Worked with UPS subsidiaries Sales Resources to develop key strategies, managing multiple opportunity projects simultaneously, while analyzing the competitive marketplace to grow International business for UPS.

Coached and developed an integral and diverse team of twenty-five UPS employees, including Senior Administrative roles. Responsible for Hazardous Materials controls, Corporate Concerns follow-up, Data Integrity/Balanced Scorecards.

Charter member of the International Sales Support Project focusing on the training of UPS partners visiting UPS Louisville facilities. Responsible for training Quality and Customer Service methods and the development and implementation of training modules. Effective use of oral/written communication and presentation skills required daily for all UPS levels.
