25+ years in the Information Technology space at leading VARs across Michigan - specializing in Infrastructure and Communications. I am a focused professional who is proactive in servicing clients as a strategic and technical partner; leveraging skills in understanding complex business needs and delivering solutions that meet both short and long term goals. My first Large sale was an Executive Information Network (EIN) for a well established West Michigan retailer, based on IBM LAN Server, 16MB Token Ring, and integration to their Mainframe. My first WAN sale was for a multi-site manufacturing firm in the greater Lansing area utilizing Bridging, the precursor to Routing. My first Cloud sale was for a deep-rooted non-profit in West Michigan that had limited on-site technical expertise, allowing them to confidently spend their time and energy on their core efficiencies. I have personally experienced the explosion of technology into all types of businesses, but nothing has changed our daily lives more than the internet (after they figured out the browser). Today, I specialize in Cloud technologies, which for me is a huge paradigm switch back to my roots, proving the idiom - Everything old is new again. I am incredibly passionate about the integration of technology in both our professional and personal lives.
