DeBacco joined Krach and several other GMF alumni at Ariba to build the most successful B2B ecommerce network in the world achieving a $40 billion market capitalization. DeBacco replicated his success joining the executive team at Workbrain where he was responsible for building the first global enterprise workforce management sales organization. Similar success was achieved at Empathica, Rypple and Applied Predictive Technologies ultimately hiring over 500 sales and marketing executives contributing over $1B in software revenue. DeBacco, as part of the Leaders Fund team, is now combining his deep operating expertise with financial capital investment to help innovative companies realize their full potential.
