Assisting a prestigious Management Consulting Firm that helps pre-IPO companies, investors, and corporate innovators with sales funnel analytics, campaign performance analysis, lead attribution, funnel optimization, and dashboard creation and reporting using Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, and Sales Automation and CRM Tools.

Scope of project included acting as a combination Product Manager, Subject Matter Expert, and Business Adviser. I created a complete set of wire frames for the application including helping to develop the UI for the founders unique and non-obvious solutions to property search problems that mapped to proprietary data sets. Along with conducting competitive research I also worked on the data acquisition side including interfacing with commercial and government data providers as well as performing contract reviews. The data acquisition tasks included mapping the data to the UI/wire frames and developing guidelines for the development team to use when applying updates. Finally, served as a Strategic Adviser using my extensive experience in Real Estate Data / Property Tech, SAAS Sales, Account Management, Customer Support, Digital Marketing and Lean Startup principles.

Project management and sales leadership for large deals/accounts while overseeing data processing for Data Trace Starter Service. Created proposals for all stages of new product development and introduction. Played a key role in establishment of real estate information databases, guiding XML service integration efforts with 3rd party processors using an XML interface to access data on behalf of customers.• Led product management from initial concept through integration for two new products. PropertyPlus was a less costly, limited data version of the traditional application and eventually became a $30K monthly account with billings exceeding $100K monthly. Oversaw the acquisition, indexing and loading of the second product, Data Trace Starter Service, with over 3.5M starter records. The products generated millions of dollars in revenue and drastically changed competitive dynamics. • Closed multiple contracts for Bank of America (BofA) subsidiary account and worked closely with BofA supply chain management groups on an exclusive contract that exceeded $3M annually.• Composed Executive Summary for Capital Expenditure Authorization (CEA) request that was approved. Charged with overseeing (in conjunction with Operations) the keying in of 10 years worth of data in seven counties for project valued at $1M yearly.• Business Unit Sponsor for rewrite of TIPS product into new DTS2 front-end application managing project and product managers in project scope. Initial testing was completed in seven months at a cost of $500K and resulted in $1M revenue retention while positioning service for geographical expansion with retirement of legacy application. • Managed five WAN conversion projects that resulted in significant cost reductions and netted on average $20K per month savings for each customer. • Spearheaded introduction of first XML interface to a top five title insurance company and completed all facets of contract language and pricing development for this product.
