Systems Engineering Integration program lead for development of the new $900M Space Fence space surveillance radar development program for the United States Air Force. Oversaw and managed all Systems Engineering activities including system architecture, requirements, specialty engineering, Information Assurance. Space Fence is a revolutionary system to detect and track small objects in orbit with much greater fidelity than ever before possible.

Responsible for development of afloat network designs and production for the US Navy. Chief Engineer for the Consolidated Afloat Network Enterprise System System Design and Definition, which developed design for Navy Net-Centric infrastructure for Navy ships.

Senior Program Manager for Coast Guard Surface and Shore C4ISR Programs. Oversee the production and integration of complex C4ISR systems onto multiple Coast Guard Cutters and Shore installations. Directly responsible for over $50M in annual sales. Conducted strategic analysis of markets and competitors and structured a multi-million dollar portfolio of R&D projects to develop compelling products for identified customers.

Technical Director for the US Coast Guard Deepwater System of Systems Engineering. Oversaw planning and conduct of System Architecture, requirements development, CONOPS, Operational Analysis, and all Systems Engineering activities. Oversaw IR&D initiatives for Net-Centric and expeditionary C2 programs.

Led the Systems Engineering Integration Team for the New Norwegian Frigate (NNF) Program, including the first production SPY-1F Radar integration and delivery. Responsible for all requirements, integration, and test of the first NNF weapon system, which successfully completed on schedule in October 2003.

Responsible for identifying and validating key technologies to be used for real-time transport of critical time-sensitive navy data over modern LAN technologies. Conducted experiements on a variety of technologies, developed stochastic models of network performance, and developed the design for networks aboard AEGIS ships. Also acted as lead Information Assurance engineer for AEGIS.

Combat System interface design engineer, responsible for interface definition of US Navy anti-submarine warfare products and for retrofit ship alterations to introduce latest capability onto in-service vessels.
