• Achieved cost reduction of more than CAN $283k (in one year) for a brewing company through critical analysis and optimum inventory level studies of spare parts, as well as failure analysis of machinery and their elements. • Conducted technical training -sales sessions in Alberta for maintenance management of a sawmill that resulted in an order for 112 VFDs (ranging from 1 – 300 HP), valued at CAN $800k. • Achieved reduction of secondary production for a roof shingle plant of 0.5% (~$1K/d) and fibreglass mat waste of 1% ($0.4K/d) through various technical and management procedures. Increased run-time efficiency (in 3 years) 14% (~$10k/d) with, at the same time, line speed increase from 530 to 560 fpm minimum ($10K/d).• Trained engineers and maintenance personnel in VFDs, servos, HMIs, PLCs, VLC, motors, and gearheads where the customers included GM, Toyota, Honda, Inco, Weyerhaeuser Sawmills, Apotex and more. Sessions incorporated, with lot of success, “quiet” selling techniques. Consistently praised for clearness of the delivered message. • Troubleshot automation equipment installed at customer sites in Houston, Vancouver, Northern Canada, Montreal and Toronto.
