This included: o Drafting Transitional Service Agreements and managing the transition of Magento Business System off of the eBay network and data centers onto Magento’s infrastructure o Implementation of new Financial and HRMS systems and the migration of data from eBay Shared Service systems to these new systems o Migration of all employee issued company equipment from eBay to Magento• Managed the transition off of the Impartner PRM solution to an internally support Open Source solution, improving customer satisfaction and yielding and annual cost savings of $240,000 a year.
