In my second stint, I leveraged my packaging experience alongside my deep technical inkjet background as product manager for current and next-generation software and Digital Front End (DFE) solutions. A proven technical leader, I traveled extensively worldwide to solve complex challenges at customer sites, collaborate with OEM partners, and launch products at trade shows. At Esko, I lead a software organization comprised of Solution Architects and Project Managers working directly with global brand owner clients in the pharma, life science and CPG markets to scope, design, configure, implement, and train system administrators and users on SaaS-based packaging and artwork management solutions. In my time as a leader on our D+I Council, I focused on development programs and opportunities to build a more inclusive workplace.I thrive in dynamic, technical settings where I am pushed to improve and document processes, expand my own knowledge, and coach on best practices.
