After selling Integratedfm in 2010 I was asked by other business owners in the Midlands to help them replicate the successful business processes I had used. So began my formal career as a business coach, but I quickly realised I had been 'coaching' all my life. To me it's about getting the job done in the most efficient, effective and profitable way. I am passionate about ‘making businesses work’, helping them to achieve their maximum potential by understanding their strengths, then aligning those strengths to the needs of customers with complete focus on getting results.I believe my RealWorld Business Coaching approach offers a unique combination of real world experience and a true understanding of a business owner’s needs. To date, clients have seen profit growth of between 20% and 50%.My fascination with business processes, and the ambition to create my own successful business, led me to found facilities management software company - Integrated fm - in 1990.Starting with a blank canvas I took Integrated fm, through both acquisitions and organic growth, to become one of the leading players in the FM IT sector. More than 20% of the UK’s top 100 companies were my clients, including household names such as Vodafone, Barclays Bank and many public sector organisations.At the heart of Integrated fm’s success was the Business Excellence model, an internationally recognised quality marque. We won The Most Improved Business award in 2002 and the Investors in Excellence standard in 2005, with re-accreditation in 2008. The business was also a finalist in the Best Business in the Midlands award in 2005.Specialties: During my 30-year business career it's fair to say I've "been there, done that and bought the T-shirt". So my approach to business coaching is not driven by text books or a series of techniques I've been taught - but by my experience in the real world.
