• Following the initial ERP Go-Live, and in parallel with the integration of the acquisition of UAP, I was selected to take responsibility for a team delivering reporting solutions for the Group. This was a hands-on.
• I was promoted to join the Origin Group IT management team, reporting to the CIO.
• Effectively led my team of four to deliver in excess of 150 reports, from requirement gathering within the business streams, to solution identification and building the reports.
• Successfully rebuilt the team, through the transition phase after the planned retirement of two of the team who held 30+ years combined experience in their roles and the industry.

• My role covered 1 full ERP implementation, followed by the integration of a new acquisition. The system supports a £500m turnover business with 500+ users, in Agrii (see below). The project was delivered on time and.
• Responsible for successful delivery of BI solutions and finance setups for Agrii’s ERP implementation of Dynamics AX that won the national “Excellence in ICT” award in 2012 from Manufacturer magazine.
• Successfully combined my role within Finance (see position below) and this project role for 9 months before moving full-time to the project.
• Took ownership of, and successfully delivered, the design of the Chart of Accounts framework for Origin Group.
• Successfully delivered the full finance setup for Agrii, including Purchase, Sales and General Ledgers. This included managing required modifications and training schedules for super users.
• Confidently presented to the Agrii Senior Management team on progress, issues and risks at steering meetings on areas of responsibility.

• My role reported to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and held responsibility for a team of 5 Management Accountants. I was accountable for delivering the management accounts for all areas of the business in a.
• I redesigned and delivered a reduced monthly reporting process, which reduced delivery from 12 to 3.5 days. I achieved this through challenging existing processes and training my team in new applications.
• I was the sole finance representative on the Regional Business Managers meetings, which included the MD and Executive Committee members, presenting on product and regional performances.
• I restructured the department to improve the commercial knowledge within it, by partnering each department with a member of the team.
• Developed detailed understanding of cost drivers which enabled accurate budgeting for overhead and people costs of approximately £35m.

• I was selected from my role within finance to join the ERP implementation team by the Finance Director. The team were tasked with implementing Fourth Shift within Trelleborg’s European and Asian sites.Key achievements.
• I held responsibility for delivering the finance modules of the “Fourth Shift” ERP system as 1 of a 5 person team implementing the system within the European and Asian manufacturing sites.
• Delivered successful project implementations in Trelleborg’s Bangalore and Shanghai manufacturing sites. Projects within Italy and Sweden were in progress when I moved to Agrii.
• Designed and delivered a set of group reporting standards to enable effective comparisons across businesses, including a standardised chart of accounts.
• Successfully built relationships with Finance Directors of the overseas sites, which enabled me to more easily understand their local financial and legal requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Took responsibility for delivering training to new users of the system, prior to go-live.
