Providing workshops to people looking for work. It's a great time meeting so many great people and helping them in their work to find meaningful work. I teach on career options, resume writing, interview skills, uncovering the hidden job market, networking skills and more. Students have ranged in age from 19 to 83, and have come from entry level jobs to executive level. We serve folks on Employment Insurance now or in the last 3 years, and those working less than 20 hours a week. Currently we are working hard to connect with single parents in need of employment and are having some great success.

Implement ETO Performance Measurement Software for our multi programed agency. Design and customize TouchPoints to capture Demographics, Assessments, Case Management, and Client Satisfaction data. Build SAP documents for funder monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Build other reports for front line staff and Directors to manage performance and case work records. In this position I met with staff and directors to learn there needs and current work flow and teach them how ETO would make their work more effective or more efficient. Training and customer support were constant elements of this position too.
