Within my commercial finance practice, I represent numerous ‎large-scale national banks, regional banks and commercial finance companies in complex financing ‎transactions. My real ‎estate practice encompasses development including tax-incentive ‎transactions, restructurings and financing transactions. I am also a member of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys.One of my recent successes was advising our firm's client, an American consumer packaged goods holding company, on finance matters concerning their $2.45 billion acquisition of a food distributor and its private equity owners.
