Junior Electronic Technologist - Sustaining Engineering
-Designed and built two spiking machines which improved both the quality and quantity of verification token manufacturing. In addition to increased production output, the QC requirements were also reduced due to the consistency achieved.-Initiated a standard jig platform which resulted in $9,000.00 savings for all new jig developments for the last nine years with the added benefit of user familiarity.-Participated in product development and quality improvements, to improve First Time Through (FTT).-Asked to review and report on a prototype of the hardened Ionscan 500DT which provides simultaneous explosives and narcotics trace detection.
