Adjunct Instructor, Advisor, Digital Marketing Program At School Of Continuing EdUniversity Of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Sep 2011 - PresentMilwaukee, Wi, UsIn 2011, when I joined the UWM School of Continuing Education as an adjunct instructor, I overhauled the curriculum for the introductory class for the web design and web development certificate programs as well as the cascading stylesheets class. Shortly thereafter, I was asked to serve on the advisory board for the web design and web development certificates.I began advocating for a digital marketing certificate and worked with administration to form an advisory committee to explore and begin development of curriculum to support such a program. The digital marketing certificate program launched in fall of 2014 at which time I transitioned my teaching responsibilities out of web design and development and into digital marketing.Since then I have done on-site training for companies as well as in-classroom training on a variety of topics including Email Marketing/Marketing Automation, Facebook Advertising, and Google Ads. -
