PE-owned 1,000+ FTE financial services business offering FX, lending and remittancein digital and physical channels. Hired to lead growth and product strategy. ExComember, reporting to CEO. Delivered significant growth and strategic change. Part of the deal team that secured an exit for the company in 2017.

Digital lender and B2B payments business. Initially led a large cross-functional team to launch a new B2B payment type. Promoted to GM and VP product and customer roles. ExCo member, reported to CEO. Led the transformation of key areas (Product and Marketing) and teams in the run up to a successful authorisation by FCA.

VC-backed eCom business in apparel. Joined as 1st employee then promoted toCommercial Director. Hired sales and marketing team. Struck B2B deals with 20 of the largest media groups in the EU and c.100 retailers and brands. Acquired two businesses. Promoted to COO.

Marketing and digital services provider to smartphone manufacturers and networks. Promoted to Account Director. Exit to Omnicom Group in 2005. During acquisition year, delivered 52% of the company’s gross margin. Grew revenue line across multiple divisions and internationally. Hired and led Smartphone/multimedia team.

European Investment Bank (Equities). Joined graduate scheme, recruited into the‘Leisure and Gaming’ analyst team as a marketing analyst. Received InstitutionalInvestor votes.
