Putting facts into perspective. My 7 years in the news industry includes experience in both digital and live broadcast news. I am currently the Morning Edition Producer for WBUR, Boston's NPR News Station.I previously worked as the Evening Executive News Producer for KXLY-TV in Spokane, Washington where I produce the station’s 11 P.M. newscast, 'Nightside,' while leading coverage through breaking news and everyday events. I frequently appeared on air to explain the significance and workings of national news, including Georgia’s likely role in deciding the balance of the U.S. Senate, fact-checking President Trump’s false claims of a stolen election, the race for a COVID-19 vaccine, and the impeachments of President Donald Trump. I also served as the lead writer and editor of the nightly email newsletter 'The Daily Local,' a project I helped spearhead in February 2019.
