Steve is a Venture Scout for Headline, identifying Series A and B investments, while building his next venture in the better-for-you CPG space.As Album's first Head of Finance & Operations, Steve led behind-the-scenes efforts to deliver top-tier experiences for all stakeholders and to amplify support of portfolio companies. He managed investor communications, finances, compliance, IT systems, and the internship program. Beyond operations, Steve contributed to fundraising, deal sourcing, and portfolio support (PR, talent acquisition, and investor connections).Previously, Steve directed operations at Veracity Solutions, spearheaded its venture program, and advised clients on product and innovation management. During his time at BYU's entrepreneurship program, he founded and profitably ran a peer-to-peer housing exchange that served thousands of students. Steve is trilingual (English, Spanish, and Portuguese) and has a passion for social impact, having volunteered in Mexico as a microenterprise educator to empower necessity entrepreneurs.Steve also served as a TCIP Panelist for Utah's Governor’s Office of Economic Development, helping allocate startup grants to drive innovation.
