I used my many years of development and project management experience on several large, exciting and strategic projects for one of Magenic’s largest clients. I was responsible for several roles at Object Partners:* Management of Object Partner’s consulting organization. This role included all personnel management of the company's consulting group. I was responsible for the generation of proposals, RFP and RFI responses, and Consulting Services Contracts. I defined and documented OPI’s Agile methodology and mentored our clients on this methodology approach. I created the Consulting Lead organization, which acted as a mid-tier management group that reported directly to me to facilitate two-way communication to our distributed consulting workforce and to provide hands-on mentoring. * Project Manager / Key Account Manager. In this role, I took on billable Project Management and Account Management assignments for key accounts. My responsibilities included the contract generation and the initial statements-of-work defining the initial project scopes, schedules and budgets. I directly managed development teams consisting of Business Analysts, Developers, and Quality Assurance resources. I coordinated the work schedule for our client counter-parts and facilitated all client communication meetings including daily SCRUM meetings, User Session Reviews, executive status updates, Monthly PMO status updates, and major milestone deployments within our clients test and production environments. * Business Analyst. In this billable role I was responsible for the definition and documentation of our clients business requirements. I was the lead BA working with and mentoring junior BA’s throughout the requirements definition process. We utilized an Agile software development methodology on most of the Object Partners engagements. I facilitated User requirements review sessions to identify the initial high-level requirements and all subsequent follow-on sessions to further refine requirements.

All aspects of the day-to-day operations within the North Central development center including P & L ownership, marketing and sales, account/project management, hardware/software purchase, vendor relationships, and personnel management. * The regional development center was created to support custom software solution development and integration services for many platforms including Web, client server, standalone applications, and mainframe system development and maintenance to support Edgewater business throughout a ten-state region. Supported open source and MS based platform design, development and deployment* Strong vertical focus was built around financial services, insurance, retail and supply chain. Additionally a good working knowledge was achieved in the customer service horizontal, including call center strategies and content management.* Provided account management on all projects and project management on our larger accounts

Responsible for personnel management of IntelliMark's 120 consultants. Also established the regions first project-based consulting organization to augment the existing staff-aug consulting group. Provided account management on key accounts and assisted in all business development activities related to project-based opportunities. Transitioned the project-based consulting organization to the newly acquired subsidiary, Edgewater, and assumed the North Central Regional Manager role.

I was responsible for product definition and refinement of requirements for Firepond’s Sales Force Automation products. Focus on requirements capture via use case documentation. Managed teams of developers on individual projects ranging in size from 4 to 20 people across several concurrent projects. Managed 50+ Architects and Developers across several projects.* Responsible for growing Configuration technology development team from 6 to over 15 people in a two year period* Responsible for growing and managing the Artificial Intelligence Group, which extended the configuration technology capabilities significantly* Managed the development of Firepond’s first two Web based products utilizing Java and an NT service architecture. Managed the company’s 3rd and 4th generation released of the Web-based product extending our platform offering to MS and a Visual Basic architecture* Responsible for all aspects of personnel management including performance, promotion and salary evaluations, hardware/software and salary budget forecasting

* Responsibilities included requirements gathering with clients, major modifications to existing systems, design and development of new systems used for tracking cargo through its delivery lifecycle and testing and debugging of all work.* Responsible for evaluation of software package purchased from Air France to be used in the USAS Suite of airline products.
