Reporting to the CIO, and accountable for the strategic direction & daily leadership of a $30M, 150- person global IT operation, including governance, finance, procurement, and project management.• Created the value proposition & 3-year strategy for a virtual global organization known as the Enterprise PMO, presented to Chiquita’s senior executives, and delivered successful implementations of the largest business initiatives in Chiquita.• Developed the integration framework by which Chiquita would acquire another company, responsible for ensuring that the objectives and benefits of the merger were achieved, including integration of the two companies’ businesses, people, cultures, and meeting or exceeding the target levels of synergies.• Developed a process framework by which Chiquita’s senior executives from each region (Northern Europe, Southern Europe, Latin America, and North America) would collaborate through ongoing operations and budget planning.
