• Over the last four years, I have navigated through two acquisitions beginning with Stratasan. Stratasan was acquired by Syntellis, and then Syntellis was acquired by Strata.
• Led the launch of the Star platform from ideation to general availability, growing the user base to 400 facilities in the first 2 years. It is currently collecting ~18,000,000 patient visits per year.
• Created data pipeline from Star to reduce data processing from 10-days to 2-hours.
• Mentored junior product managers during two separate product launches, helping them to navigate their product builds and launch in under a year.
• Managed our product line (service line) definitions, which resulted in a reduced time to update new codes from weeks to days. We are currently expanding the usage of these definitions from 3 to 15 products.

• I was promoted after American Addiction Centers acquired Recovery Brands. I provided design strategy and thought leadership for our marketing channels and product managers.
• Standardized the print marketing for our 8 facilities, reducing our print costs by 65%.
• Worked with outside sales reps to develop “leave behind” package guidelines which reduced collateral waste by 20%.
• Mentored 4 web product teams on hypothesis-testing and data-driven decision-making best practices. This resulted in our first site personas based on web traffic analysis and click-tracking behavior.

• The conversion optimization team was responsible for increasing leads generated by all 30 of Recovery Brands' digital properties.
• Managed a 4-person agile team responsible for A/B/N testing lead generation features resulting in an average of 160 successful tests per year. Successful is defined as a test that performs better over the control.
• Implemented landing page testing on web ads resulting in increased call conversions by ~2% and form fills by ~8%.
• Facilitated training sessions on challenging assumptions, identifying biases, and leveraging data for decision-making.
