I have been a musician for most of my life, and have played thousands of gigs and recording sessions.I spent over 20 years in Retail/ Management and have developed many successful and award winning team members. Whilst I loved retail, it took a toll on my mental and physical health. After a small operation in my early 40's, I decided I needed to change direction.I successfully applied for the role of School Caretaker, and the split-shift working pattern allowed me to study for, and achieve my Personal Training/ nutrition & hydration certification.I am passionate about helping people get fitter, healthier, happier and stronger. Having already turned around the life of my most difficult ever client (myself) I am dedicated to helping others improved the quality of their life.I understand how hard it is to even start to make the fundamental changes, so this is the focus of my business - helping educate, coach and train people to achieve the future they deserve.
