FounderThe Expert Integration Group Jul 2021 - PresentAt The Expert Integration Group (www.teig.co.uk) we believe that SMEs deserve the same support as large Corporates receive during acquisition integration, at an affordable price with a team who cares as much as you do. Our turnkey package protects owners from the distraction of integration. We are part of your team for as long as you need us. We collaborate with every stakeholder to bring technology, processes and cultures together. Our Key Differentiators:• We only provide proven experts for acquisition integration• We provide small expert teams, with less juniors than the large consultancies. This means our teams can quickly add value• We offer efficiency and proven expertise, coupled with lower structural costs• We offer professionals from our network where the skills and profiles are tailored to your needs• We offer the flexibility and agility of a smaller hungrier firm, which is more suited to our client's needs than that of a larger consultancy• We are passionate about working collaboratively with our client teams and their partners – we only win together!• We will transfer knowledge in-house because our Consultants are embedded in our client’s teams and not a separate, suited clique• We can provide Consultants on a full-time, part-time, or fractional basis to provide the best value fit for the required tasksOn my LinkedIn posts...Keith Basnett COO said "Steve you and your team will be ideal in helping SMEs integrate or grow, given your broad understanding from previous experience in larger integrations" & Enda Breslin said "You've definitely hit a sweet spot with this one.1.) The SME market is huge2.) SME's are maturing and realize they can't do everything themselves.3.) Outsourcing is the only viable way to grow."► If this aligns with what you are looking for and are interested in learning more about how we could help you integrate your new acquisition then e-mail hello@teig.co.uk
