•Partnered with hiring managers to define needs to source, interview and hire direct and contract employees. •Identify and recruit qualified candidates by engaging in sourcing activities including market research (attending seminars, networking events, job fairs, internet data mining, candidate sourcing). •Ensure candidate inventory stays at optimum levels to accommodate anticipated client demand. Develop staffing strategies when deficiencies are identified. •Qualify candidates by screening, conducting in-person interviews to obtain and vet employment history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements. •Analyze client requirements against qualifications of candidates and match the best candidate with client needs.•Complete reference checks on candidates ensuring authenticity of stated skills and experience. •Package qualified candidates for presentation to client as well as prioritize new job requisitions.•Manage client expectations regarding position requirements and conduct follow-up activities ensuring customer satisfaction is attained. •Employ proper matching methodologies including leveraging applicable systems, presenting job opportunities to candidates, negotiating compensation and closing placements.•Prepare and coach candidate through the interview process, debrief candidate, manage counter-offers and employment transition. •Conduct follow-up activities with candidates, during and after the guarantee period, ensuring customer satisfaction and deliverables by the new hire of required services. •Negotiate appropriate contract terms and fees for new job orders. •Implemented thorough documentation process to track all staffing activity.
