The program sets the benchmark for standards of excellence as they relate to professional coaching and training.As Director of Coaching my responsibilities include:• Educating and supporting parent coaches.• Developing Seasonal Development Plans including a club wide curriculum and lesson plans for all levels and ages.• Developing and managing corporate strategic direction.• Operational oversight including management of rec and travel programs.• Coordination, management and participation in try-outs.• Lead coach for Born to Strike, Little Strikers and Quickstrikers programs.
