The primary focus of the organization is the development of player values including commitment to excellence in sportsmanship and the technical, tactical and team skills required to fulfill potential and progress to the highest level of play. The program sets the benchmark for standards of excellence as they relate to professional coaching and training.As Director of Coaching my responsibilities include:• Educating and supporting parent coaches.• Developing Seasonal Development Plans including a club wide curriculum and lesson plans for all levels and ages.• Developing and managing corporate strategic direction.• Operational oversight including management of rec and travel programs.• Coordination, management and participation in try-outs.• Lead coach for Born to Strike, Little Strikers and Quickstrikers programs. This includes coaching of players from 24 months to 23 years of age.• Lead coach for summer/winter camps, preseason team training and Futsal programs.• Liaison between Quickstrike, parents, coaches and players.
