Over the course of my product management career, I've led teams and overseen the execution of transformative digital products to deliver significant impact across a wide variety of industries. I was a managing partner and the founding Product team member of Giant Machines Software (acq. by Deloitte), a software consulting firm, where I led the Product and Design practices and drove sales and business development, leading to 10x annual revenue and headcount growth during my tenure. Day-to-day responsibilities included building client relationships, developing and executing product strategy, design, development, delivery, and scale of several key projects servicing dozens of our corporate partners.One of the notable projects I managed was Marlö, a B2B2C healthcare platform servicing 1,000+ eye care providers and 1M+ patients across the US. I oversaw the cross-functional team from launch to the nationwide scale, resulting in >$1M of revenue per day for a global healthcare company. I managed project budget and team allocation across product, design, and engineering, grew our dedicated team 3-fold while scaling out the product, and conducted presentations regularly for the parent company board and executive team.
